TiltBrush Karaoke with VR artist Angie Taylor

  • GOVR cafe 114-115 London Road Brighton UK (map)

Karaoke with a creative VR twist.

GOVR and Creative Cabin present a first in the world of VR entertainment!

Choose your song, grab your virtual brush and draw in VR like the world’s watching! At TiltBrush Karaoke, instead of singing a song you’ll draw, sculpt or paint in VR to the tune of your favourite songs. Of course, we won’t get in your way if you want to sing, cut loose and kick off your Sunday shoes as you draw.

Think you can’t draw? Don’t worry, the entry cost includes a free short lesson with Tiltbrush. If you’ve never tried VR drawing, this will get you up to speed in a few minutes. Tiltbrush is easy to use, even for those who think they can’t draw. It’s amazing what you can create, just by waving your hands around in the air like you just don’t care to the beat of music.

To kick off there will be a live demo of Tiltbrush by VR artist Angie Taylor who will also be DJing for the night. So buy yourself a beer, coffee or cocktail at the bar downstairs. Then make your way upstairs before 7.30pm to see some ideas and techniques that can be used in your performance. Its easy, enjoyable and addictive! And it’s also great fun to watch.
